I just seemed to end up with the ones that had issues. Mine had issues ranging from crossbeak to never making shells and even split wing. I do feed a high quality feed too. What eggs I did get were very pretty mint green or pale blue. This year I am trying the green layers and the bluebells in hopes of pretty blue and green eggs again.
