I found that it was very difficult to search for the acceptance rates for various schools that I am interested in. Some of those schools include Yale, Berkeley, Stanford, and CalTech. From reading online it seems that both of these programs aren't considered to be the most competitive to get into, the Berkeley program having ~12% acceptance rate and the Stanford program ~18-20%, and that the Berkeley MS CS (~4% acceptance rate) is much more competitive, rigorous and research focused.

I think it's also important to note that the acceptance rate can vary depending on program; I know some biosciences program has some ridiculous acceptance rate nearing 2% or even lower, while some engineering programs are around 5-10 or even a bit higher.
